Or if you are not bothered about closed source drivers get the AMD and team it up with a nice Nvidia Graphics card for 3D that cant be beaten

Hi Andrew,
I am a great AMD fan but one thing to consider is that if you go for an
Intel Processor you can also get the Intel chipset with decent
opensource graphics drivers. I would seriously consider getting an Intel
processor so I could also get the chipset which means decent graphics
out of the box.
